Love this product. However.......

I love this product and have ordered three more. However, both that I bought broke. Top piece came out of both, but one of them broke beyond repair. My favorite, the red one at least I can snap it back together. Wires viewable and I’m terrified it’s going to snap one of the wires if I am not absolutely careful.
Took almost two weeks to arrive and my new order from Saturday still hasn’t shipped. I spoke with the retailer too on Saturday and told him so. I think I deserve a rebate! Please send out my product. I’m three mail days away.
